Kindly try, if at all possible, to give us a week or two notice for reservations. To hold reservations, payment in full must be made at the time of making reservations or six weeks before arrival.
Tropical Island Transportation Service provides airport pickup service from El Catey International Airport, with brothers meeting you as you come out of Customs. Travel time from airports to Samana ranges from 45-minutes to one hour depending upon weather conditions and traffic. On holidays, travel time may be a little longer.
If flight is delayed, the brothers will wait for your arrival. Upon reserving we will give you the e-mail address and cell phone number of the brothers who will be picking you up- in case of a delay or change in flight timel.
